Long Time No See and now a New Look

I have been away from the site for a while, working full time, pushing the business forward in my free time and try to find a spare five minutes for a life (ok I am fibbing about having a life)- anyway its just been frantic.

We launched our business a bit later than expected, well only by 20 days but thats ok, we just need clients now. It does scare me a lot that we are trying to start a new business on the verge of (or are we in) a recession. I guess I have faith in our service so believe that we can find a niche.

Our launch was delayed as I came up with a plan to break the mold of my industry and try something different. I have been trying to get partners from other organisations to come on board with my new project and had a very positive response which was amazing.

We are now launched and the first lot of industry advertising goes out at the end of the month so I have everything crossed and praying at night that we get some response. How are other new start-ups finding life?

We had a problem with our bank this week and so annoyingly we are switching banks already - I know that they all are not perfect but this one wouldnt give us a debit card, can you believe it. They said our account didnt have any activity, I informed them how could it if I couldnt make any card payments and that we are having to use our personal accounts to pay for services. I tell you these banks offer the world and it means crap. Rant Over!
