Week 6 Test Your Pitch.

Hi I have had an atempt at writing the one page pitch of my idea:

I will develop a company offering a variety of personal development and training opportunities to young people aged 16- 30. The training will be offered in short taster courses or accredited courses, where the participants can gain a qualification through the open college network. I will also offer one to one personal development and life coaching sessions if required.

I intend my target market to be schools, colleges, Local authority youth clubs, NHS, Social Services, Youth Justice and housing associations. They will pay for my services either from any budget they may have for funding, or from external funding sources. I intend to secure funding to offer free taster sessions to potential customers to make sure that what I am offering is what they want. I also intend to do a small amount of private work.

The customers will benefit because I have a wealth of experience delivering training to young people, and will ensure it is done in a way that is fun, interactive and takes into account the learning needs. I will be flexible in where, when and how I deliver the training, customers will leave my training with increased self esteem and a positive view of education and training that they may not have had in the past.
