Got the information pack from the university support group today,
its all free service with support from university technology park, courses for learning business skills networking events and days with business speakers etc

got me excited again about my idea and cracking on with some research to fill the holes in the first attempt at a business plan.

i hope to finance the start up myself on a small scale so the plan is for my comfort in knowing that i have considered everything i need to before jumping in and should leave me with a check list of what needs to happen to make the business take off and keep growing.

the hardest part at the moment is the product development (educational product) and deciding which area to start in so this is where i am researching at the mo to decide which area will have the strongest market to give the idea a fighting chance of taking off!
