good times, bad times

Hi all,

about time i left a blog again to look back at!

Had a great break down in Cornwall and its still a big part of our dream to end up there in a few years.

got back fresher and more motivated and made good progress on the drafts of the designs.
spoke to my accountants and i can use my ltd company from contracting for setting up my new idea no problem so in one step i have the accountant, bank account, vat number, ltd company number all sorted which is great news and for some weird reason makes it feel a lot more real that this is happening

I updated the pin board with some new stuff felt good to look at it again and reassess after so long

today in my day job had nothing to do (nothing at all but stare at the inbox which is really sad) so took 1/2 day (i'm a contractor so can do these things!) so i could get further.

had an appointment at the Uni tech park to see the facilities and discuss the free business courses they provide to Alumni, sat there waiting for an hour to be told "sorry i had interviews that over ran can we reschedule!" not a happy bunny as it were.

still made a lot of progress in the last week and nothings going to stop me now!

Hi Dave

I hope you had some sun amongst all the rain while you were in Cornwall ;-) I heartily recommend making the move. A year and a bit on and I'm still loving it down here.

How frustrating having to rearrange after waiting for an hour! Don't they know that time is precious?

Hi Emily

had a great time despite the weather , had a couple of good days and able to have a bbq which is a first this year! spent a lot of time out visiting places to get a feel for them and chilling out a bit as well.

like i said the rest di me good and im back at the business full steam,

hoping to see one of the other advisers on friday - lets hope they can make it hey! i am still keen to see them the courses they offer cover everything i need at the mo!
