Im actually convinced there is a need for small business and start ups to have sales training thats affordable, straight talking and customer focussed.

Also it needs to be results driven, by that I mean theres no point in paying for a course that just gives you lots of information and theory without giving you skills that you can impliment and produces results for you.

I could do with finding some SME's local to Manchester to Market test the course with.

What I have in mind initially is a 4 Hour course which is interactive.
At a cost of £79.99

Maximum of 30 people and if your not satisfied that your money is well spent you get your money back no questions.

Maybe theres even a book in here Steve? : - )

Hi, I have done sales training before 4 hours is not long enough it needs to be a day, with regulart breaks and lunch included.

I have a basic sales course and a customer care course already in power piont.
