Quick Update

Ok so I have had a little time for the dust to settle and have realised that with a few tweaks I can still move forward.

That is rather than focussing on consultancy because I felt it important to be set apart from the Industry.

I have focussed and looked at what is really important for the end customer.

The result is that whats important is to solve problems and take away issues for the customer, save them money and make them more efficient. Basic stuff really, so easy to miss the obvious when your in the middle of it.

I have to wonder why my initial customers who I have dealt with didnt bring this up when I asked for their advise, one has told me this weekend "He took that as read"

So I will be pushing forward with Blackfish but from a slightly different angle.

Blackfish will provide the Consultancy for free because we will be supplying Kyocera Printers and Lexmark Printers and MFPs

Why these two?

Well Kyocera are the most cost effective devices money can buy and they are better for the enviroment.

Also Lexmark have a superb range and some excellent devices which compliment and strenghen the Kyocera Range.

I will predominantly Supply printers on all inclusive lease rental contracts (No Bad Debt and payment within 48hrs of delivery)

The customer saves money has their costs fixed and easy to manage, No upfront investment for the client just saving from day one.

Next Day Onsite service provided directly by the Manufacturer.

I will be finalising accounts with 2 distributers next week and arranging for leasing facilities whilst I arrange a consumer credit license to enable me to provide lease contracts directly.
