An idea which I would value your opinions

Recently I am coming across more and more small business's or even start ups that seem to be at a loss as to how to sell themselves to their clients or potential clients.

I watched Badger or Bust on SKY one the other night and whilst it was decent TV I have to say That Ruth Badger really showed that its not rocket science and a fresh pair of eyes and ears can work wonders.

It also showed that she isnt really a salesperson and actually admitted to the fact that before the apprentice she didnt even realise she could sell.

I have recently gone through a similar process for a local Art Gallery and you wouldnt believe the things people dont even consider in terms of getting customers and making them happy.

So this is the idea or challenge if you like

I am convinced that given a week (Tops) I can come into your business and show you how to increase your sales by a minimum of 25%.

The only condition is that you have to deal with your customer either face to face or over the phone.

So anyone fancy a challenge? : - )

What if?

So if you could have an expert in sales for a week what would you want them to do for you?

Would you want them to sell for you?

Or would you want them to show you how to sell?

Can you see the value in a Sales specialist in looking at how you communicate with your customers and give you advise how to improve?

Maybe they could train you how to present to a room of people?

Or even how to focus in on the people you really need to get in touch with?

I dont know.

I do know if I had a finance expert or Web expert I could give them a whole list of things to advise me on.

Or a marketing / advertising expert I could think of so many things they could help with.

What do you think?

I want to see if Im right so if you deal with your customers face to face preferably or on the phone why not put me to the test?

Especially if your within an hour of Manchester

Sales Advice, Yes Please!!

Hi,

If you could get sales up 25% who would say no? not me that's for sure.
However being a little bit more than an hour away (N.London) from Manchester it would be hard for you to meet my customers.
I would like to learn to be a better sales person.

Badger or bust was pretty good, although (i saw the one with the party company) it would seem to me pretty obvious what changes were needed in that company.
