Winding up - au revior, thank you and good night!

As a few of you know i had an interview with a permant job i didnt fancy - right location wrong company kind of thing, well i had another one with a different place and this time i got it.

So me and the wife are manicly sorting out the house getting ready for a big move to cornwall,

this of course means i am going to wind up my contracting business i have done or the last two years of so but its the right time for me and the right place this time,

working for myself has been great and has many advantages but with contracting you are never really with out the boss or company ties a permanent employee has, don't get me wrong the pay is great and you do get more freedom but not to the extent of running solo on your own business and ideas.

i would still recommend it as a great way to start to get experiance if you are not quite ready to make the big jump - you get to run a ltd company sort the accounts, chase late payers and all sorts of other experiences you will need to run a "real" business" and you certainly learn to work in a more professional manner - all good points.

so its time for me to say good bye after being a long time member - i will still pop on to listen to the great pod casts and read the logs to see how you are all getting on.

A big thanks to you all for your help and support in particular Steve, Anna, Emily and Cassandra from the early days, its a great site and resource keep it up!

who knows i may be back yet once bitten and all,
