Out-sourcing my telemarketing capability

An important element of my business will involve telesales to generate new client meetings and although I can (and have in the past) done it myself it is one of those jobs that I loath with a passion so my business plan includes resource to pass this over to a third party provider in year one with me looking to recruit a full time person myself in year 2.
I've already met with a couple of telemarketing companies in the last month but I met with a third business yesterday who could become involved with my business once it launches. Very positive meeting and this business is now one of two between whom I will choose over the next couple of months.
One is based in the midlands and the other more local but both offer different elements I require. Thinking hat on now as to which (or maybe even both) I go with.
