Feedback On My New Business Idea
Hi
I am currently forming an IT consultancy. If you have a free moment, can you please answer the following 2 questions for me:
1. What do you consider to be most important in terms of IT support?
2. Are there any new technological developments that interest you?
I would very much appreciate any feedback you can provide.

IT support
Hi JB76
The most important thing for me with IT support would be to have someone I'd feel comfortable calling up whether the job is big or small. Building up a relationship with the consultant would be essential so we are confident when handing over our precious computer equipment to them ;-)
Cheers, Emily

IT Support
1. Value for Money / ROI
2. No, not really
Hi JB76 1. The most
Hi JB76
1. The most important thing for me would be good customer care. I have worked with a couple of IT support companies and they simply did not give the help I needed. If you have a 'no job too small' attitude you'll have me coming back every time.
2. Can't think of anything.

Customer care is vital. With
Customer care is vital. With the technological age we find ourselves in, no-one wants to have endless jargon thrown at them. Making sure that you find that rapport fast with the customer and treating them as if they are your only customer will be as valuable as any marketing/advertising.
If you operate with a 'No job too big, no job too small' attitude you'll have people singing your praises all over the place.
I can't think of anything particularly which excites me in terms of new technology/software
Best of luck :)
