Gee...How Quaint

I have wondered far from my little home on the prairie (Nebraska), across this vast expanse of water and have landed in England. England has been my home for over five years now and it has been an interesting adventure getting to know the place.

I have been a member in this community since I was knee high to a grasshopper. Well, that isn't entirely true. I was one of the first to start adding my comments and logs when I began to have ideas about starting a business. In a nutshell, I create packing solutions for your holiday. Doesn't that sound lovely? Specifically, I design travel accessories in the from of swimsuit bags, shoe bags, knicker bags and much much more.

Most of my fabrics are screen printed by me. I then pass on the printed fabrics to seamstresses which I have found in my local community. They are very good and lovely people and I highly recommend their services.

The road has been bumpy, it's rained a bit, but there have been days of brilliant sunshine as well.

Success:
The latest success is that a local art gallery in Newcastle is now stocking many of my bags in their gift shop. I have been embraced by the arty community. Hurrah.

Other Successes:
Regular appearances in TNT magazine. My website was mentioned and shown in Essentials magazine and my Polka Dottie Swim bag was in Eve.
