Been away a while...

Well been trading now for four months, have been so busy with everything that haven't had much time to get online. It's going really well and since Christmas we have been taking a few hundred pounds a week over my projected figures in the biz plan, which is just great! I am living the dream as they say. Being my own boss is great and the business has really taken off. Starting workshops soon teaching childrena nd adults various crafts so I am using my qualification after all. It has been hard and having looked back at my previous blogs (some that I did a year ago) I'm glad I stuck at it through the rough times and gave it a go. Can't imagine ever working for somebody else again. Trying to get a handle on ordering stock as I seem to be doing it all the time. By the way if anyone is reading this and is stuck for a business idea and can draw. Please, design some Welsh or rugby decoupage sheets and I think you'll be rich. I went to a trade show last week, and out of 800 companies in the UK, Europe and America, not one did rugby decoupage (it's where you get a picture of something then, layer it up putting foam pads between the layers) Customers are crazy for it and I can't get Welsh or rugby designs from anywhere.
