Cooking for the book

Another Monday, only confronted with myself.

On Saturday I prepared the salad for the cooking book where I can mention my website as well.

I found very fresh green lettuce and champignons and all the other ingridients I needed.
I took the first picture from the lettuce, champignons, onion and so on as I bought it.
I took the second picture from the finished salad on a white plate, background was read with a white napkin on the right side of the plate and a baguette. As I am not a food photographer it was not so easy and I am not sure if the results are really good.

The salad was good. We enjoyed it. During preparation I wrote down step by step what I did. Afterwards I entered it in a word document and I send it to the publisher, including the pictures.

I am happy that it is done.

I also bought the book "The new business road test" recommended by Steve. I think the book is rather good, but I felt fear that my business is damned to fail before I have even started. I think I should read the book first, perhaps I get some good advice.

Just in the moment a supplier called me, whom I met at the fair. The company is in business for 30 years. I like the products. They will also give me pictures of the products. This saves money. I will get a catalogue with prices in one of the next days. Then I can make decisions on what and how many of these journals I want to buy.

I have to fill my website with contents.
