Content is the key for every web site today. It helps to draw users to your business but also it can help to get you higher in search engine results.
A Content management system is one of the most important tools of every business. I have compliled a number of features that can help you review before you buy.

Looks good, that's a pretty comprehensive list of what most people want in a CMS, although some are a little misleading -> The built in accessibility checker is a good idea, but it can only go so far (e.g. it checks for ALT tags, but are they actually descriptive?), users should be informed of things like this before they buy.
It may be useful in a CMS to have an option to subscribe to an accessibility checking company, that will review your website when you update (if you update regularly) for everything that matters.
Over all, very useful ;) It depends on what you as an end user would find useful to have, without being overwhelmed by features.
