A quick questionnaire

A quick questionnaire

Hey there people i was just wondering if you could possibly answer a few questions in order to help me with my research. I have recently started planning my aim to run a successful bar/resturant within or just outside the london area. Thank you for your time. Sam

1. How much would you pay for a lager at your local bar/pub?

2. What times would you normally attend bars/restaurants i.e. Work Lunch time…

3. Loud music, chilled relaxing music or live band?

4. What appeals to you most when choosing bars to go to?

5. How much would you be willing to pay for a set 3 course meal?

6. How much do you normally spend on a weekend night up town?

7. How much would you spend on a lunch (work hours)?

8. Would you prefer an open kitchen or kitchen behind closed doors?

9. Dance floor or no dance floor?

10. Would you visit a website in order to seek promotions, discounts etc..

Your cooperation is much appreciated!

My view as an old git who doesn't go out much

Hi Sam,

Here are my answers to your questions, however I might skew your results as I hardly go out these days as I have two young children.

1. £1.50 - £2.50 seems reasonable
2. I used to like friday lunch when I worked in an office, or if going out fri/sat evening is the norm.
3. Chilled music especially if I was going to eat.
4. Open, friendly atmosphere. Comfy seats and staff who smile.
5. Around £15
6. £20-£30
7. Up to a tenner including a drink.
8. Closed. If my food is prepared by a 16 st. hairy gorilla called Bill I am happy as long as it tastes good. I don't need to see him make it though.
9. No dance floor, If I want do dance I go to a club.
10. Definetly. My wife (the Queen of Google) does everything on the web. If you can get onto Martins Money Tips then you're onto a winner.

Hope that helps.
