In need of a little guidance

Hi everyone!
I've been away from the site for a bit recently, work getting in the way....
However, I've been brainstorming away and I've got what I think is a strong idea and a market that is still quite new...however I have always wanted to start my own personal shopping business as I adore shopping, for me, for friends, for anyone. So the dilemma I have is, 1) do I take a risk and go with the personal shopping although I don't think there's going to be a whole lot of money in this for me compared to what I'm earning now...
2) Do I go with the other idea, which is essentially a website shop where you can borrow fashion items, same principle as the borrow a handbag site out there.
3) Do you think there's a way I can co-ordinate the two or that I'll lose focus and potentially worsen my chances of success?
Any advice appreciated, am dreaming of the day when I'm in the position to advise others...

I would say combine the 2 ideas. It is a great idea the whole borrowing thing and people with the interest in fashion will probably like the luxury of personal shopper as well.
It is hard to advise on if to give up a job with money for less. I think that most people that want to launch their own business will earn less for quite a few years but if you want to be your own...and if it becomes a hit it might bring in the money at the end.
