Progress of business development

Oh Yeah, I understand very well what you mean. Sometimes I even think my live goes backwards. Sometimes activities that take an hour to accomplish need a day to be done. I don't know then what had happened.

When things like this happen, I go back to little steps, time management, reading uplifting books. My experience so far: it is not posible to have no setbacks. But if you go on successes will come again.

So keep going, it'w worth it.

I hope this doesn't depress you, but I have been in the stages of "starting a business" for about 15 months now. Up until last week, I was trying to do everything while working full time as well as house move and renovation, blah de blah de blah.
I find that reading inspiration business books is very good...not the kind that gloat about a particular author and how fabulous and famous he/she is, but more practical, taking steps kind of books. I also find that quotes are amazing for boosting your energy. It might sounds geeky and lame, but just reading a brief, inspiration blurb can really get your brain ticking in the right direction. Clip them in to your diary, or pin them up around your computer. When I was at work, I had little visual reminders of what I was trying to achieve, like little artsy postcards, or a piece of Gee How Quaint ribbon... nothing obvious like "I am working hard in the evenings so I can leave this crappy mindless job" but you know what I mean.
And of course reading other peoples' accomplishments on flystartups is very good medicine indeed!

I know this might sound funny/rude but I am so glad there are more of us!We have launched last week, after 12months of hard.......work, and well, business doesn't seem to go where we want it to....and that is taking off!We are starting to have serious doubt and everything that goes with being down...........
What dreams may become.....?OR IS THIS REALITY??

Somehow I know we will have to snap out of it.
I am looking for the answer.
