Hi!
I decided that im going to open up my own bar as it has always been my dream. I have a great idea that I have not seen anywhere else in the world and I fairly sure it will make the bar successfull quickly as a unique concept bar. I am currently in Australia and am doing as much research as possible but I can't really do too much regarding location from over here, so I am coming to you kind people to ask a question...
Should I open it in London or Manchester? I figure that the rent etc in London will be much more than in Manchester, but on the other hand I will be able to charge more per drink in London. Also as the bar will be a world wide unique concept bar, I feel it could work in any city, such as Manchester, however if I am so sure, and with it being a concept bar, surely London is the best choice, I mean the place is like 10 UK cities in one isn't it.
Thanks in advance for any help. Im living the dream at the moment and am so thankful for Steve who has really inspired me.
