Importance of call answering!

With the aim of getting new people to my new BNI chapter in Hertford, 'Endevour' i've been making cold calls to companies (an experience in itself, but it's not that bad!) The other day i called some secretarial firms, bearing in mind i could use a part time secretary to do call answering, three of them went straight to answer phone, That was a little off putting to say the least. So not only have they lost some possible work but also the chance to get into the best business networking group in Hertford.

So the moral of this story is....
