Client Management Software????

Does anyone know a decent client management/database software package?
I am in the process of setting up a property management and lettings reference company, and need to find a database that can hold client details, details of their properties and also the tenants and account info, payment ect....its an absolute nightmare, and I am really struggling to find one, so any suggestions much appriciated,

It sounds like you'd need a specialised program to me, I haven't heard of anything that can do all of those things that is readily available for download, but I know a lot of companies can design and produce one for you, it all depends on your budget. - For example, if you want a website that ties into that as well, it would cost more to build than just something you can use yourself.

It's tricky to say without a detailed specfication, you would most likely be looking at several hundered pounds, but it depends on the technologies used and the development time.

Thanks for getting back. I wouldnt need the programme to be web linked, just an easily maintained package that can hold those details, produce letters etc. What kind of prices do you think I could be looking at to have it designed?
