Hey Keith, you can check out bplans.com for a standard lay-out of the contents inside a plan. Usually, the cover sheet, executive summary, operations plan, marketing plan and financial plan are some of the things that's necessary to come-up with a good one. The executive summary is what you usually submit to potential investors or venture capital firms if you want to seek capital. You can also check out www.hatchasia.com (an incubation firm) for their business plan outline.
