Hi

Are you talking about file uploads? I.e. where you allow the users to upload pictures? I don't know many people that would do it for free, unless you had something to offer in return i.e. the images for a website.

I mean for example if people wanted to send me files - i.e. excel spreadsheets / word documents - they could submit them on the website and it would send me an e-mail??

Ah right so a similar thing,

Ah right so a similar thing, a file upload form. You would need to find someone who would be willing to do some PHP work as a login script might be required because if a person came to upload something that was an infected file then your computer would get the virus.

You would definately need a PHP developer to do it, and I don't think they'd do it for free. I'd consider doing it, however not for free but also not expensive either.

E-mail form

Couldn't you just create an E-mail form and make the file automatically added as an attachment, and then to prevent any viruses ect. use something like microsoft outlook, that's sure to have scaaners and things like that attached.
