How do I market a new sports medicine technology with minimal budget?

5 weeks into my own business, Dressings Direct Ltd (www.dressingsdirect.co.uk) please take a look at the site and give me your feedback, good, bad or indifferent, I can take it.
My issue:
My first product has no profile in the UK,(www.sportswrap.co.uk) it's pretty unique and I've had good feedback from England Rugby, England Hockey, Premier League football clubs etc but I need to spread the word to the masses of amateur athletes that this product will benefit the most.
Any advice about how I can do this on the cheap would be greatly appreciated, I've just discovered Twitter and that looks promising. Looking forward to any inspiring suggestions, no ideas a daft one!
