HELP! how do I break out of this incessant circle?

Hi folks

My very first time here on flying startups, so lets see what you got! ; )

My business is 8 months old, its ticking over at the moment which is fine by me as there are plenty of changes that I have been making and intend on making. However I am finding that suppliers, couriers, banks, advertising reps, magazines etc etc won't take me seriously until I am making millions and I can't make my millions unless these people take me seriously from the offset, how do I break the chain. I am so tired of couriers telling me they can't give me a decent rate unless I am sending 1000 parcels a month, I can't send 1000 parcels a month unless I can get my courier rates down so that they are in line with competitors... feels like I am forever chasing my tail... is my approach all wrong, I'm sure I have tried just about everything.
