E-myth and systems
I know alot of us have read the e-myth and been inspired by the systems building approach.
However it doesn't actually tell you how to build the systems. I know alot depends on your business type etc but is there a book out there which might help?

Both the "Small Business Handbook" and "How to be an Entrepreneur" by Steve go through systems for business so you could try those
Steve also likes the "Getting Things Done" by David Allen for your own personal time management.
