Data tracking

Hi,
Does anyone know of a good database or job tracking program?
I want to be able to do a number of things!
1.Track Where leads come from
2.Track conversions
3.Total sale value
4.Hours spent on a job
5.Customer management
Also i want to be able to track a Job from 1st appointment to the end. i do this via cards at the moment but want to do it on the PC where i can track the process 11 points at the minute:
1.Appointment for estimate
2.Estimate sent out
3. Follow up to estimate.
4. Booked job in for
5. Progress invoice sent (if needed)
6. Job completed
7. Invoiced
8. Follow up call made
9. Payment received.
10. Job completion pack sent
11. Building control notified (where required)
Does a program like this exist one that is adaptable to my needs?
I have works database and open office database, but never used them and don't know how to!
I don't think i ask for much. Do I?
