turned down for factoring
I had to put my last business into liquidation due to a fraudulent ex partner, we had factoring set up but he defrauded the bank and this is now going through the courts.
My new business has been going for a year, we are proving successful but we are at the stage where we need to grow and therefore need finance - but I have just been turned down for factoring due to the situation with my ex partner. Has anyone any advice on where I turn next?
I can see us going under if we dont get some help which would be heartbreaking as I have put everything into this business!

Shame I didn't come across this a few months earlier. It can be difficult to obtain factoring in these circumstances but not impossible. I guess that this situation may have been resolved now one way or another but if not I am happy to see if I can help
