Hi
I am on a career break at the moment in order to start up my own business. I am a company trainer (with NLP and coaching skills) and want to start up a my own company, giving top quality training courses with emphasis on coaching the new skills into the work place. I am based in Madrid and have a lot of experience giving English language business training to spanish companies and i would like to also incorporate this area into my business. However I am still working on the initial idea and trying to find my niche in the market and if anyone would care to take the time to answer a couple of questions i would be really grateful:
1. What is missing from the training courses that you have attended/contracted?
2. What do you consider the most important when contracting/attending training courses?
3. what kind of courses do you find the most useful?
